My path to my
dream operation
From initial consultation to surgical planning and follow-up care
Best advice creates trust
Dr. Jörg Knabl always performs all operations personally and is always available to answer any questions and concerns his patients may have. From the initial consultation through surgical planning and pre-operative consultations to postoperative care, he takes his time, providing you with the best possible advice and addressing your personal needs.
Step 1: The initial consultation
The initial consultation is a detailed one-on-one consultation with Dr. Jörg Knabl. He takes the time to address your personal questions and wishes. Dr. Knabl will present his treatment methods, make specific recommendations to fulfill your wishes, and provide you with the most important information about your desired surgery.
The goal of the consultation is to understand your wishes and develop a preliminary plan, as well as to estimate costs. Dr. Knabl will advise you on the feasibility of your wishes, taking into account your anatomy as well as health, aesthetic, and technical options. You can ask your questions and, if you are interested, also find out about possible surgery dates.
Step 2: Schedule surgery
Still not quite sure?
Then simply arrange another, non-binding and free second consultation.
Have you made your decision?
Then it’s time to make an appointment!
You can make appointments in person at the practice or by phone. In either case, you will receive confirmation of your desired surgery date, as well as a follow-up appointment for the pre-operative consultation, where you will learn everything you need to know about your surgery. This consultation usually takes place approximately three to four weeks before the scheduled surgery.
Step 3: Surgical discussion
Please take your time for this appointment!
During the surgical consultation, all organizational and medical aspects of your desired operation will be discussed.
If you have any further questions, these will also be discussed. This also applies to all important medical criteria that are crucial to the success of your surgery.
Of course, you will receive all this information compiled in a surgical folder, which you can take home and refer to at any time.
Step 4: Tasks
After the surgical consultation, you will have sufficient time to complete everything important prior to your surgery.
This includes blood tests, ECGs or sometimes clearance for surgery from your family doctor or internist.
Depending on the type of surgery, various items such as a sports bra, compression garments or medication may need to be purchased.
If you have any questions before your operation, you are of course welcome to come to the practice and discuss them personally with Dr. Jörg Knabl.
My claim - your satisfaction
The highest level of care and precision in your desired surgery, empathy and care in personal support.
Yours, Dr. Jörg Knabl
